Youth Ministry

Youth & Tweens attending Resurrection are required to attend with a parent(s)/guardian(s):

• Permission Forms will be collected
  
• $75 fee will be collected
  
• Conference Video Permission Form will be distributed and collected
  
• Separate SR High Youth Unchaperoned Leisure Time Permission Form will be distributed and collected
  
• Trip itinerary, room assignments, and other needed info will be provided
